Refund policy
You satisfaction is very important to us! If you are unsatisfied with order within 30-day, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If product is damaged at time of arrive you will receive a refund or reshipment of item available.

We will provide you with return label within 24hr of claim.
You can always contact us for any return question at KH@innergignite.com and someone will get back to you within 24hr.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. In the event you are unhappy with order contact us within 30 days to receive a refund. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
